Is HBN offering an active employee benefit today?
HBN is in the research and concept-development stage. The public demo is illustrative. Questionnaire participation does not enroll you in a benefit or promise access to funding.
Who can take the questionnaires?
Employers, HR and benefits leaders can use the employer questionnaire. Employees can use the employee questionnaire. Benefits brokers, consultants, housing professionals and community partners can use the Partner & Industry Expert Questionnaire. We welcome perspectives from Connecticut, New England and beyond.
Does participating cost anything?
No. Participation is voluntary, and no purchase or program commitment is requested. Contact information can be left blank. Please avoid confidential financial or employee information.
How can my organization help?
