Employees would save in accounts they own. HBN could help communicate employer rules, organize readiness and verify a qualifying purchase. The employer would generally retain a conditional contribution until the purchase was verified. HBN would not hold employee savings. Final terms would require further development and professional review.
A benefit paid after purchase would not cover cash needed before closing.
